The Board of the Ter Kuile Foundation is pleased to invite you to the 102nd General Meeting. This invitation is addressed to all beneficiaries of the Fund, each with the surname ter Kuile, plus their partners, widows, widowers, as well as children and grandchildren with a grandparent ter Kuile.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Due to the COVID measures in force, the meeting will take place on Sunday, November 8 at 11.00 am, Netherlands time, via a video link from ZOOM. If you wish to participate, please send an email to terkuilefonds@gmail.com. You will receive a video link by email in time for participation in the meeting from the agreed time at 11.00 am.
Please note: a meeting with ZOOM requires (free) software and a laptop, tablet or phone running that software. Check with the manual and install it in advance!
The annual meeting of the Ter Kuile Fund starts on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 11.00 am, Netherlands time, via video link. In view of the special circumstances, this year’s agenda will consist exclusively of the items determined by the articles of association.
